Non-Eligibility for Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled under the following circumstances:

Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Here are the scenarios in which we accept refund requests:

Quality Related Issues

If the product you receive is faulty or encounters damage during delivery, rendering it unusable, we will gladly issue a full refund.

Special Cases

In certain situations, after a careful evaluation of your specific circumstances, we may accept a return with a 10% handling fee.

Notice

The refund will be processed within 1 working day after the agreement is reached. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used when placing the order. Non-Acceptable Refunds

We do not accept refund requests in the following situations:

1. Self-Ordered Mistake

If you have ordered the wrong item or find it is not what you intended to purchase (non-quality issue), refunds will not be processed.

2. Self-Damaged Items

If the item has been damaged due to your actions, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you may return it for repair.

Transportation Abnormalities

If goods are lost or returned during transportation, contact our customer service for investigation. If untraceable, you will need to file a complaint with the courier company and share the complaint record number with us.

Replacement: New product dispatched within 3 business days, using the same express delivery method.

Refund: Processed within 3 business days, may take 5-10 days to reflect in your account.

No Quality or Transportation Issues

If you wish to return a product without quality or transportation problems, return shipping costs will be borne by you. Please contact our customer service for the return address.

Upon receiving and verifying the product's condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days. It may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Cases

Products damaged due to improper use, incomplete original packaging, malicious rejection.

Incorrect Product or Change of Mind

We do not provide return fees for situations where the customer ordered the wrong product, the product is unsuitable, or the customer changes their mind.
